Position: Director - Emergency Services (FSEDs)
Location: Boerne, TX
Schedule: Full-time | No Weekends

Role Overview & Responsibilities:

💼 As the Director, you will:

Ensure consistent high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
Advance the patient experience agenda.
Lead and mentor your team, driving the vision and mission.
Maintain a continual improvement approach, championing performance improvement programs.
Ensure the department aligns with regulatory and hospital policies.
Engage and foster relationships to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's in Nursing (mandatory) | Master's (in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in emergency services and a leadership role. FSED director experience is a huge advantage.
Certifications: Active RN License, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, BLS.
