Role and Responsibilities:

🚨 Oversee the operation of emergency services across multiple locations, ensuring top-notch care and efficiency.
📊 Develop and implement strategies that enhance patient safety, streamline operations, and improve outcomes.

💡 Stay abreast of the latest in emergency care, implementing best practices and innovative care models.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required; a Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
🛑 Must have 3-5 years of director-level experience in Emergency Department management.
🩺 Current RN license and BLS certification.
🌟 Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in improving patient care.

Additional Information:

🕒 Full-time position with no weekends.
🚑 Direct oversight of a complex emergency service operation including main ER and multiple Freestanding Emergency Departments.
