Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize patient safety within the Pediatric ICU environment.
Foster seamless communication and manage information proficiently.
Adhere to recognized Nursing Standards of Care and Professional Practice.
Spearhead departmental initiatives and champion process improvement.
Oversee diverse teams, budgetary considerations, business plans, and collaborate with medical professionals.
Guarantee age & developmental specific care for the pediatric demographic.
Serve as a community, facility, and institutional liaison.

What Do You Need?

Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
A Master’s in nursing or a related field would be a bonus!
3-5 years of management experience in acute care settings.
Current RN license (Texas or compact state).
Current BLS provider certification from recognized institutions.
PALS certification.

Compensation Highlights:

Salary Range: Starting from $47.79, reaching up to $61.19 based on your rich experience.
