- Hourly Wage: $32.00-$48.00/hr
- Shift Differentials: $5.50 for nights & $2.00 for weekends.

Program Overview:
Join a leading healthcare facility in CO as a Graduate Nurse in the StaRN Residency Program. This program is designed for new graduates and offers comprehensive training and development opportunities.
Shift:
Full-Time, Night Shift (Rotating Weekends)
Start Dates:
- Med-Surg/Tele/PCU: Feb 27, March 6&13, May 29, June 5, August 7,14,21,28, October 30, November 13
Position Summary:
- Engage in meaningful learning and networking opportunities in a cohort setting.
- Complete a 10-12 week orientation, including didactic training, clinical orientation, certification courses, simulation, and EMR training.
- Undergo 5-6 weeks of clinical training on the unit with a dedicated preceptor.
- Open units include Med/Surg, Med/Tele Cardiac, Ortho, Spine, Neuro, Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Critical Care, Complex Surgical Transplant, Step Down Unit, Acute Rehab, Behavioral Health, PACU, and more.
- Opportunities for Canadian students and visa sponsorship for international students from accredited US nursing programs (excluding nationals from India and China).
Qualifications:
- Current nursing degree (associates or bachelors) by the start date.
- Passing NCLEX results by the start date.
- No current or prior experience as an acute care hospital Registered Nurse.
- Flexibility for day or night shifts based on unit-specific needs.
- Commitment to a full-time Registered Nurse position for a two-year period.
- Adherence to the state mandate regarding the COVID-19 vaccine by October 31, 2021.

- All candidates must have ACTIVE OPT. OPT is a temporary employment authorization for a year. Candidates apply for an OPT while in school. Their first job out of school to get an OPT must directly relate to their major
