Salary Range:

$30.69/hr (2 years of experience)
$33.71/hr (5 years of experience)
$43.20/hr (17 years of experience)

Shift Differentials:

Nights: $4.25/hr
Weekends: $3.00/hr

Position Overview:
Join our team at a leading 523-bed acute care facility in Gainesville, FL, offering advanced services in cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, neurosciences, and more. As an RN Renal Vascular, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment. This role requires comfort with a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and living within a commutable distance (less than 60 minutes from the facility).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and reliable care for ill, injured, and recovering adults.
Perform clinical assessments, manage treatments, and advocate for patient safety.
Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments.
Ensure efficient use of time, supplies, and equipment.

Qualifications:

1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Med-Surg, Med Tele, IMU, PCU).
Active Florida RN license or multistate license.
BLS certification required.
NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of employment.
ASN required; BSN preferred.
