About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Our facility is renowned for providing comprehensive, high-quality medical care in a patient-focused environment. As an ER RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering emergency medical care to a diverse patient population.

🌟 Role & Responsibilities:

Providing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for assigned patients.
Meeting the Standards of Practice for the Emergency Department (ED).
Managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment.
Participating in quality improvement activities.
Performing triage assessments, venipunctures, and emergency interventions.
Assuming charge responsibilities as needed.

🌟 Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in Emergency Services (ED) strongly preferred; however, candidates with 2 years of acute Med-Surg or ICU experience will be considered.
Current Texas Licensure with State Board of Nurse Examiners.
Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required, BSN preferred.
BLS, ALS, and PALS Certification required within 6 months of hire.
ENPC and TNCC within 6 months to 18 months of hire.
