• Compensation: $30.60 – $45.90/hr based on experience
• Night Differential: +$4.25/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 depending on unit and shift
• Schedule: 3×12 shifts | Days or Nights | Rotating Weekends

Overview

A Level I Trauma Center in the Ocala region is hiring Registered Nurses across several critical care and emergency departments.

The hospital serves as a major referral center for trauma, stroke care, and advanced cardiovascular treatment in North Central Florida.

Candidates may be evaluated for placement within ICU, MICU, or Emergency Services depending on clinical experience.

Units Hiring

Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

48-bed ICU caring for high-acuity medical and surgical patients.

Candidates should have:

• ICU

• ER

• PCU

• Strong med-surg background

Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)

Advanced monitoring environment for complex medical patients requiring critical care support.

Emergency Room

High-volume trauma-linked emergency department.

Candidates may come from:

• ER nursing backgrounds

• ICU or PCU

• Strong acute care experience transitioning into emergency services

Required certifications during onboarding:

• ACLS

• PALS

• TNCC

• NCI

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments

• Monitor patient condition changes

• Administer medications and treatments

• Communicate with physicians and care teams

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Support patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Florida RN license or compact license

• Accredited nursing program completion

• BLS certification

• Recent acute care nursing experience
