Location: Long Prairie, MN
Shift: Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30), Monday-Friday (No Weekends)

Requirements:

🎓 PT Inpatient Rehab Specialty
🌐 Epic Experience (Preferred)
🩺 BLS Certification Required
🌍 Travelers must reside more than 25 miles away from the facility
💉 COVID-19 Vaccine Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Considered)
🌟 Accepting 1st-time travelers and new grads with motivation and capability

Duties and Responsibilities: As a key member of our Inpatient Rehab team, your responsibilities will include:

🏋️‍♂️ Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions.
📋 Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
🔄 Monitor and document patient progress.
🤝 Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
🎓 Provide patient and family education on rehabilitation techniques.
📈 Adapt and modify treatment plans based on patient response.
📊 Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
