Manager/Supervisor

NICU Manager - Kansas City, MO

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing leadership in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and safety in assigned areas.
Collaborate with physicians and other departments to coordinate patient and family needs.
Manage resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
Support the mission and vision of the facility, division, and company.
Ensure quality care through performance improvement processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
Current registered professional nurse license in the state(s) of practice, or active compact license.
American Heart Association BCLS and ACLS required and maintained.
Neonate Resuscitate required and maintained.
Three (3) years of current clinical nursing experience required.
Minimum 2 years of management experience and 2 years of LDRP/NICU staff nurse experience.

Salary Estimate: $85,000 - $120,000 Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Paid on First Paycheck Relocation Assistance: Case by Case Basis
