💰 Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, with 15% annual incentive bonus

🛠️ Assure service quality, growth, and personnel management for consistent high-quality patient care.
🗂️ Oversee departmental operations, including service, people, quality, finance, growth, and community engagement.

🎓 Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
💼 3+ years of experience in emergency services and leadership roles.
📜 Required licenses: Registered Nurse, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, BLS.

💡 Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors:

🧠 Knowledge of human resource management, program development, and fiscal management.
📊 Familiarity with regulatory and accrediting agency standards preferred.

🏥 Additional Information:

🛌 Facility stats: 46 FTEs, 13 Bed ER, 65-70 Patients daily, High Acuity.
📈 Compensation: Competitive salary with annual incentive bonus.
📌 Reporting to the CNO; must be clinically competent to assist staff.
