Role Summary: As the Manager for NICU, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing all department functions in line with our mission, vision, values, and facility goals.
Taking charge of patient safety in the NICU clinical environment.
Ensuring effective communication and information management.
Creating department-specific initiatives and facilitating process improvement.
Managing personnel at various levels, budget, business plans, and fostering physician relationships.
Serving as a liaison for the facility, community, and other institutions.
Organizing and supervising resources.
Undertaking other duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

2 years of recent acute care NICU leadership experience.
Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
Current RN license for the State of Texas.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Ability to lead, make critical decisions, and build relationships.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $107K - $120K (dependent on experience).
