Role Summary: As the Manager for NICU, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all department functions in line with our mission, vision, values, and facility goals.
- Taking charge of patient safety in the NICU clinical environment.
- Ensuring effective communication and information management.
- Creating department-specific initiatives and facilitating process improvement.
- Managing personnel at various levels, budget, business plans, and fostering physician relationships.
- Serving as a liaison for the facility, community, and other institutions.
- Organizing and supervising resources.
- Undertaking other duties as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2 years of recent acute care NICU leadership experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
- Current RN license for the State of Texas.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Ability to lead, make critical decisions, and build relationships.

- FTEs: 172 FTEs
- Beds: 108 beds
