Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Facilities Management to oversee maintenance operations, plant operations, security, and office staff in a healthcare setting. This role ensures the efficient upkeep of equipment, building structures, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Supervise maintenance teams to ensure operational efficiency and safety
✔️ Oversee preventive maintenance programs for uninterrupted facility operations
✔️ Ensure timely completion of scheduled work orders and budget adherence
✔️ Maintain documentation for repairs, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
✔️ Manage energy conservation programs in line with state and federal requirements
✔️ Enforce safety procedures and training programs for staff
✔️ Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary equipment and supplies

Qualifications

✅ Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, High School Diploma, or Vocational School Graduate
5+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a hospital or large medical setting
✅ CMS experience required
✅ Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred
