📋 Job Summary:
As the Director of the Emergency Services Department, you'll ensure high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department. Your responsibilities include:

🚑 Identifying and solving problems affecting the service.
📢 Participating in hospital-wide committees and advancing the patient experience.
👩‍⚕️ Coaching and mentoring subordinates.
💼 Communicating departmental and industry information.
🌟 Building strong relationships to achieve organizational goals.
🔄 Enforcing standards of emergency department care.
📈 Monitoring compliance with regulations and overseeing quality care.
💼 Supporting the recruitment process to secure talent.

🎯 Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you need:

👩‍🎓 Bachelor's degree in nursing (required).
🎓 Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
🏥 3+ years of experience in emergency services.
👥 3+ years of leadership experience.
📜 Current registered professional nurse license.
🩺 ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and BLS certifications.
