Salary Range: $30.60 - $38.25 (8 years of experience) - $45.90 (17 years of experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $20k
Relocation: Case by Case

Position Overview:
A healthcare facility is looking for an Immune Effector Therapy Coordinator for their new TCT unit. This role is critical for the successful launch and operation of the Transplant and Cellular Therapy program, scheduled to begin in November 2024.

Job Responsibilities:

Act as a resource for the multidisciplinary team on transplant care, protocols, and procedures.
Participate in telemedicine conferences and develop therapeutic relationships with patients and their support systems.
Engage in professional activities, process improvement initiatives, and department-specific leadership.
Receive formal training in transplant and cellular therapy protocols, FACT, and CIBMTR standards.

Qualifications:

3+ years of recent acute care leadership experience in transplant, BMT, blood cancer, hematology, or oncology (flexible with 1-2 years for the right candidate).
Basic Cardiac Life Support required.
Active RN license in Florida or a compact state license.
BMTCN, OCN, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree to be obtained within 2 years of start date.
Prior experience in Transplant and Cellular Therapy (TCT), Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) highly preferred.

Additional Information:

Position open for the launch of a new TCT unit, which will open on November 1st, 2024.
Interview process: recruiter phone screen, followed by a WebEx or onsite interview.
Final hiring decision made by a panel team.
