📜 Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse in the Step Down unit, you will be responsible for:

Vigilantly monitoring and assessing patient conditions.
Accurately administering prescribed medications and treatments.
Collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Providing patient education and support to their families.
Maintaining comprehensive and organized patient records.

⚙️ Qualifications:

Possession of an active RN license.
Proven experience in Step Down or Telemetry.
Exceptional adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

💉 Vaccination Requirements:

COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required, with booster (Medical/Religious Exemptions only).
