Evening Shift | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
- Hourly Pay Range: $39.04 – $58.56/hr (based on experience)
- Midpoint (10 yrs): $48.80/hr
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

About the Role
We are hiring a Registered Nurse Manager of Emergency Services to lead a high-performing ED team focused on delivering exceptional, timely, and compassionate care. In this critical leadership role, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the emergency department, mentor nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient satisfaction.
You will play a key role in fostering a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do-Responsibilities
Oversee the daily management of the Emergency Department and ensure high-quality, efficient care
Serve as a clinical and administrative resource to ER nursing staff
Collaborate with the Director and executive leadership to meet departmental goals
Lead performance improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development
Foster an environment of open communication, collaboration, and professional growth
Support nursing staff with real-time decision-making during patient care situations
Participate in budgeting, resource planning, and policy implementation
Monitor patient care metrics and develop action plans for improvement
Requirements
Active RN license in Texas or compact (must obtain TX license within 90 days of hire if compact)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
2+ years of recent emergency department leadership experience (within the last year)
BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
TNCC and PALS certifications required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
