Location: South Carolina
Schedule: Full-Time, Days (Rotating Weekends)
Salary: Mid-Range $95,000
Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance: Considered on a case-by-case basis

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations and staff management of a 34-bed Post-Surgical Neuro-Oncology unit. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The Nurse Manager will also hold staff accountable for clinical outcomes and performance aligned with the hospital's objectives.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight of daily unit functions and staffing needs.
Monitor and evaluate the delivery of nursing care according to established policies.
Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.
Serve as a resource for staff, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Lead efforts in staff development, training, and evaluations.
Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Licensure: Current RN license (or active compact license as applicable).
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Education:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience in an acute care setting.
Skills: Proven skills in staff management and operational oversight.
