Salary Range: $32.87 (2 years experience) - $46.26 (17 years max) per hour.
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000.

Overview:

A reputable healthcare facility in Sanford, FL, is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Cath Lab. We are committed to providing exceptional care and improving human lives. As a Level II Trauma Center, we offer a comprehensive cardiovascular program, including open-heart surgery and interventional cardiology, in addition to various other medical services.

Job Summary and Qualifications:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Cardiac Cath Lab RN to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the organization. You will take responsibility for multiple patients during designated time frames while adhering to policies and procedures. Working collaboratively within our close-knit team, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.
Coordinate patient care among various disciplines.
Execute physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

Education: Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (required), Bachelor Degree in Nursing (preferred).
License/Certifications: Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association), ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year acute care experience required. Interventional Cath Lab or critical care experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years Cath Lab experience and previous ICU experience highly desired.
Availability: Must be within 30 minutes of the facility for on-call requirement.
Shifts: 4 10-hour shifts (7a-5:30p) with 9-10 call times during the weekdays and 1-2 weekends per month.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $32.87 (2 years experience) - $46.26 (17 years max) per hour.
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000.
Relocation Assistance: Case by case basis.
