Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift | On-call rotation every 3rd week
Compensation: $36.43 - $51.00/hr (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN Manager to join our leadership team and help oversee a busy, high-acuity L&D unit serving a vibrant Texas Gulf Coast community. This is a full-time opportunity for a nurse leader committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based maternity care.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of a 19-bed labor unit, 5-bed OBED, and 3 surgical suites
Oversee up to 80 FTEs, ensuring patient safety, staff performance, and high-quality care
Support postpartum and antepartum units during on-call weeks
Collaborate with the Director to execute improvement strategies and sustain regulatory compliance
Monitor clinical outcomes and operational performance
Qualifications:
1+ year of recent acute care L&D leadership experience required
Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Active Texas RN license (or Compact with TX endorsement within 60 days)
Current BLS certification (AHA)
