Compensation:
• Hourly Pay: $29–$43/hr (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: +$4.25/hr Nights | +$3/hr Weekends
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

About the Role
Seeking an experienced Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy acute care environment. This role involves monitoring telemetry patients, managing complex medical conditions, and working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Available Shifts
• Days – Rotating Weekends
• Nights – Rotating Weekends (+$4.25/hr differential)
Important Notes
• Must live within a commutable distance (under 60 minutes)
• Day shift ratio: 5:1 or 6:1
• Night shift ratio: 6:1
• In-person interview required (shadowing, facility tour, admin interview)
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor cardiac telemetry patients and respond to changes in condition
• Provide care to post-surgical and acute Med-Surg patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
• 1+ year of recent acute care RN experience (within last 4 years)
• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license
• BLS required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Compact-license RNs with 3+ years experience must apply for a Florida RN license
