• Salary: $95,180 - $152,276.
• Bonus Incentives: 15-22.5% potential.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Director of Free Standing Emergency Services (FSED) to oversee our three FSEDs: North Strand (11 Beds), Carolina Forest (11 Beds), and South Strand (10 Main Beds, 2 Care Beds, 4 Hall Beds). This role emphasizes service growth, development, personnel management, and resource allocation to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee service quality, growth, development, and resource management.
• Participate in service, departmental, and hospital-wide committees.
• Advance the patient experience agenda in the Emergency Department.
• Coach and mentor subordinates, ensuring adherence to HR policies.
• Enforce emergency department care standards and compliance.
• Oversee a PI program monitoring critical aspects of care.
• Ensure departmental operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing (required), Master's degree in Nursing/Business Administration/Healthcare Administration (preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years in emergency services (required), 3+ years in a leadership role (preferred).
• Licensure: Registered professional nurse in the state.
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and BLS.
