Position Overview

Are you an exceptional leader with a strong background in healthcare management? As our Director of Cardiac Cath Lab, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cardiac services department.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Excellence: Assume 24-hour responsibility for assigned patient care areas, showcasing your outstanding management skills.
Professional Practice: Promote a culture of excellence in patient care, effectively coordinating activities in administration, clinical, and human resources.
Program Development: Drive program development, fiscal planning, and the overall management of our Cardiology Services department.
Collaborative Coordination: Direct and harmonize the activities of Cardiac Services, encompassing Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology, Cardiac Rehab, and programmatic responsibilities for EKG and Echo services.
Procedural Expertise: Establish departmental procedures within the framework established by Hospital Administration, ensuring alignment with the needs defined by the Medical Staff.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

📜 Current Valid California RN License: (Pending Licensure not accepted)
🚑 Current BCLS Certification
🚑 Current ACLS Certification
🎓 Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
🎓 Enrollment in BS Degree Program or BSN Required; Master’s Degree Preferred
⏳ Minimum of 5 Years Recent Experience in Acute Care Cardiac Cath Lab
