Senior Manager/Supervisor

Position: Director Surgical Services

💰 Salary range: $134,659 - $161,574.
Location: Fort Pierce, FL
Schedule: Full-time, No Weekends

👨‍⚕️ Lead the perioperative team in Fort Pierce, FL, ensuring safe and efficient surgical services.

Responsibilities:

Identify and solve real/potential problems in surgical services.
Participate in committees, enhance customer experience, and coach subordinates.
🤝 Communicate effectively, build relationships, and mentor future leaders.
Enforce standards of care, monitor compliance, and oversee quality programs.
💵 Manage fiscal aspects, including budgeting and capital equipment requests.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in nursing (required), Master's degree (preferred).
3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare.
Registered nurse license in Florida.
💼 CNOR and CSSM certifications preferred.

Additional Information:

Hospital features 380 beds and 13 ORs.
Joint Commission accreditation until 2025.
💰 Salary range: $134,659 - $161,574.
