Shifts Available: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Salary Range:

• Under 1 year: $27.42

• 2-3 years: $29.89

• 4-5 years: $31.12

• 6-7 years: $32.36

• 9-10+ years: $33.59

• 16+ years: $36.95

Shift Differential: $3.25 for Nights
Sign-On Bonus: $15k (Days) & $25k (Nights)
Relocation: Case by Case

Position Overview:
Ocala Health, a comprehensive healthcare network including a 256-bed and 174-bed hospital, is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs). The hospitals provide a variety of services including robotic surgery, cardiac care, and are a Level II Trauma Center. The RRT will provide all respiratory care-related duties, including administering complex respiratory therapy procedures and managing acute care ventilators for patients of all ages.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all respiratory therapy procedures and ventilator management.

• Maintain department records and ensure accurate data entry.

• Operate acute care ventilators for mechanical ventilation.

• Work independently in the absence of a Team Leader.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of RECENT acute care RRT experience required.

• Florida-licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist or eligible for state licensure.

• CRT experience will not be considered.
