Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL
Shift: Days (Rotating Weekends)
Hourly Pay Range: $29.00 – $40.00 (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Case by case

About the Role

Join our high-performing cardiovascular team as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist. In this dynamic role, you will assist with a wide range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including structural heart and vascular interventions. You’ll work closely with physicians and clinical staff in a state-of-the-art facility focused on safety, innovation, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath procedures, structural heart, and vascular interventions

  • Prepare the lab environment and monitor patient vitals during procedures

  • Operate and troubleshoot cath lab imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment

  • Accurately document procedures and ensure compliance with hospital policies

  • Collaborate with cardiologists, radiologists, and nursing teams during procedures

  • Adhere to sterile technique and infection control protocols

  • Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency cases

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience in a cardiac cath lab

  • Associate Degree in Cardiovascular Technology or Radiologic Technology required

  • BLS (AHA) – required within 30 days of hire

  • ACLS (AHA) – required within 90 days of hire

  • Must obtain one of the following certifications within 1 year of hire:

    • RCIS

    • RCES

    • CV Tech

    • RVT

    • Certified Vascular Interventional Radiology
