Position: Administrative Director of Surgical Services
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time (No Weekends)
Max Salary: $180,440 with 15-22.5% Bonus Potential
Sign-On and Relocation: Case by case basis

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Director for Surgical Services. This leadership role involves strategic planning, resource management, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration in a 270+ bed hospital near downtown Chattanooga.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in surgical services; leadership experience highly valued.
Active RN license, CNOR and CSSM certifications preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and hands-on engagement skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the surgical services department, including 6 operating rooms.
Ensure high-quality patient care, compliance with regulations, and fiscal management.
Cultivate strong relationships with medical staff and community.
Implement strategies for service line growth and operational excellence.
