Nights: 7p-7a

Salary Range:

$30.69/hr (2 years of experience)
$33.71/hr (5 years of experience)
$43.20/hr (17 years of experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates living 100+ miles away (typically $2.5k - $5k)
Shift Differentials:

Nights: +$4.25/hr
Weekends: +$3/hr

Position Overview:

This 523-bed acute care facility offers services in cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, neurosciences, and more. The RN Renal Vascular role provides care for patients within a patient-centered model. Candidates must be comfortable with a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and living within a commutable distance (less than 60 minutes from the facility).

Job Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and reliable care for ill, injured, and recovering adults.
Perform clinical assessments, manage treatments, and advocate for patient safety.
Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments.
Ensure efficient use of time, supplies, and equipment.

Qualifications:

1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Med-Surg, Med Tele, IMU, PCU).
Active Florida RN license or multistate license.
BLS certification required; NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of employment.
ASN required, BSN preferred.
