Full-Time | Mixed Shifts (No Weekends)
Salary: $39–$56/hour | Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance (case by case)


Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated RN Manager for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to lead a team of 50+ FTEs. This role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing daily operations, staffing, and clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate has recent acute care charge nurse or leadership experience in telemetry, stepdown, or critical care, and is ready to grow into a high-impact management role.


Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, accountability, and direction for the Progressive Care Unit.

  • Supervise daily operations, staffing assignments, and clinical care delivery.

  • Monitor patient outcomes and hold staff accountable to quality and safety standards.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.

  • Mentor, coach, and support team development to foster engagement and excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Florida RN license or Compact Licensure (must meet Florida state requirements).

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

  • Current BLS (within 30 days of hire).

  • Current ACLS (within 30 days of hire).

  • Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of full-time Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, or Nursing Management experience.

  • Recent acute care charge nurse experience (minimum 3 years) in Telemetry, Stepdown, or Critical Care.

Preferred:

  • BSN or higher degree in Nursing.

  • Strong leadership background in PCU or Critical Care settings.
