Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, psycho-social, and pain evaluations, and address patient education needs.
Formulate individualized care plans based on assessments, nursing diagnoses, and patient goals, incorporating family involvement.
Implement competent and efficient nursing care plans, ensuring timely evaluations and necessary adjustments.
Maintain excellence in nursing care by comparing expected and achieved outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of accredited nursing program (diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree).
Licensure: Current RN License in Texas, BLS Certification required.
Experience: Minimum 2 years clinical experience in Telemetry; RNs with 1-year acute care experience considered.
