Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $43/hour flat
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (Nights Only; case-by-case)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
Shift Differentials:
- Nights: +$3/hour
- Weekends: +$2/hour

Position Overview:
Join a top-performing hospital in Tallahassee, FL, as a Float Pool ICU RN. You’ll provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations while supporting the team in various departments. This is a night shift role with rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and implement individualized care plans
Deliver patient-focused, evidence-based critical care
Float across ICU units, adapting to various workflows and team dynamics
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes
Serve as a patient advocate, maintaining privacy, dignity, and confidentiality

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Florida (Compact licenses accepted; FL license must be obtained)
Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience in an acute care setting (within the past 1–2 years)
BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire)
BSN preferred
