Position Description

Job Responsibilities

As a PICU Registered Nurse, you'll:

Plan and provide goal-directed nursing care for individuals and families.
Advocate for patient health, safety, and rights.
Utilize evidence-based practices for autonomous, high-quality care.
Collaborate seamlessly with care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Education: BSN required. Tuition-free ADN to BSN program available with CNO approval.
License/Certification: TX RN License or valid compact license, BLS, NRP.
Experience: 1-2 years of recent Level III PICU experience, including pediatric and critical care exposure.
