Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering occupational therapy treatments prescribed by a licensed physician. Your goal will be to assist patients in achieving their maximum performance and level of functioning while adapting to their physical limitations. We are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus to qualified candidates. Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their condition and physician's prescriptions.
Administer occupational therapy treatments and utilize specialized equipment to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability.
Assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning, providing guidance on how to live within the limits of their capabilities.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

Occupational Therapy (OT) licensure.
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment start date.
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved) in accordance with local, state, and/or federal regulations.

Additional Information:

Shift times: Days, Monday through Friday, and rotating weekends.
Experience required, but new grads will be considered. Adult experience preferred.
Work in the inpatient rehab setting.

Salary Range:

New grad: $32.52 per hour.
5 years' experience: $37.40 per hour.
10 years' experience: $40.65 per hour.
