Job Title: Registered Nurse - Neuro Vascular/Trauma ICU

Employment Type: Full-time - Nights

Salary: $58,240-$85,280/year based on experience

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Vascular/Trauma ICU team. As an ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, physician's orders, and established standards.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients' conditions and monitor vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Implement and maintain appropriate nursing interventions.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Serve as a charge nurse during day shifts as needed.
Demonstrate exceptional clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.

Requirements:

Valid and active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in PCU, Stepdown, or ICU settings
Experience in Neuro Vascular and Trauma ICU is preferred.
ACLS and BLS certifications (current)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
Nights-only availability for 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Ability to work collaboratively as a part of a dedicated healthcare team.
