Responsibilities: As a Labor and Delivery RN , you will:

Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to expectant mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period.
Monitor fetal heart rates, contractions, and vital signs of both the mother and baby, ensuring a safe and supportive birthing experience.
Assist physicians and midwives during deliveries, providing necessary instruments and anticipating their needs to facilitate smooth and successful births.
Educate and support mothers in breastfeeding and newborn care, offering guidance and assistance to promote a positive postpartum experience.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of labor progression, interventions, and maternal-fetal status, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations.
