Role and Responsibilities:

💉 Administer IV therapies including IVIG, TPN, and other specialized treatments at home.
📊 Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
📝 Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation in EMR.
🤝 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
🧰 Maintain and manage infusion equipment, ensuring the highest standard of care.
🎓 Provide patient and family education on infusion therapy and health management.

Qualifications:

🆔 Valid RN license in Idaho.
🎓 Nursing degree with substantial experience as an RN, preferably in infusion therapy.
❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
🚗 Willing to travel within the Meridian area for patient visits.
💻 Proficient in EMR and other healthcare software applications.
