Role Overview: Responsibilities

As the Pediatric ICU Manager, you will play an instrumental role in maintaining our tradition of excellence and help in shaping the future of pediatric care. We seek a dynamic leader, a champion for patient care, and a visionary for future growth.

Key Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s Preferred).
Experience: At least 1+ years in healthcare, with preference given to those with leadership roles.
Licensing: Must be licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state.
Certification: National Nursing Certification in Specialty or Nursing Leadership is a bonus.

Compensation:

Salary Estimate: $90,272.00 - $135,387.20/year, adjusted based on experience.
