Overview

We are hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative rehab team in Palm Beach County. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing patient-centered therapy that improves independence, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on physician orders and patient needs.
Provide skilled interventions to improve functional independence, mobility, and daily living activities.
Observe and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Educate patients and families on recovery, adaptation, and wellness strategies.
Participate in discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

Required:

Registered Occupational Therapist (ROT) license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $32.62 – $46.50 (based on experience)
