Shifts Available:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends) – Urgent Need

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Range: $32.00 – $48.00 (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: +$4.25/hr (Nights)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Day Shift) | $20,000 (Night Shift)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

About the Role
We are hiring a dedicated Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit RN (CVICU RN) to join our critical care team in Ocala, FL. This role supports patients recovering from open-heart surgeries, managing ventilators, and vasoactive drips in a high-acuity setting. Our facility is part of a regional Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, providing top-tier cardiac and intensive care services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide critical care to post-operative cardiac surgery and cardiovascular patients
Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage ventilators and cardiac monitoring equipment
Assess rapidly changing patient conditions and intervene as necessary
Educate patients and families on treatment, procedures, and recovery expectations
Maintain accurate records and participate in care planning with interdisciplinary teams
Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

1+ year of recent ICU experience required (PCU may be considered)
Florida RN license or Multistate Compact RN license
BLS (AHA) – required within 30 days of hire
ACLS (AHA) – required within 90 days of hire
Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
