Job Responsibilities:

As a NICU Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing the health, safety, and well-being of our littlest patients. Your mission is to provide personalized, goal-directed nursing care that ensures the best possible outcomes. You'll be a crucial part of our close-knit team, and your autonomy and evidence-based practices will make a significant impact.

Qualifications:

Education: BSN required (Candidates enrolled in a BSN program can apply)
License/Certification: TX RN License or valid compact license, BLS, NRP
Experience: 1-2 years of RECENT ACUTE CARE Level III (Level 4 Strongly Preferred) NICU experience, including experience with babies born at 23 weeks gestational age and above

Compensation: Starting from $34/hr (1 year of experience) up to $54/hr (20 years of experience).
