📋 Role & Responsibilities:

Deliver top-notch nursing care to patients in our 30-bed surgical care unit.
Engage in patient and family education with a holistic touch.
Collaborate with an elite team to tailor care plans for each patient.
Efficiently use digital systems to record & relay patient data.
Coordinate patient discharge planning with the multidisciplinary team.
Promote cultural and diversity awareness in every interaction.

✨ Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
Valid RN License in Virginia or Multistate Compact License.
BLS/BCLS Certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
Ideally 1 year of med-surg experience in an acute care setting. Open to candidates without acute care experience!

💰 Compensation & Perks:

Salary: From $31.55/hr to $45.07/hr, depending on experience and degree.
Shifts: Full-time Day & Night (7-7) with rotating weekends.
Sign-on Bonus: A lucrative $10k (for those with at least 1-year RN experience).
