Location: Bradenton, FL
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent
Shift: Various (5-day roles: 6:30-7, 6:30-5, 3-11 evening)

Salary Range: $20 - $30/hr (based on experience)
Evening Shift: Additional $1.50/hr
Night Shift: Additional $2.50/hr
Weekend: Additional $1/hr
On Call: Additional $4/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10k
Relocation: Available (case-by-case basis)

Position Overview:
As a Certified Surgical Tech, your responsibilities include:

Assembling supplies and equipment for surgical procedures.
Preparing sterile instrument tables and patient skin.
Maintaining aseptic techniques.
Assisting the surgical team in procedures.
Providing age and culturally appropriate care.
Mentoring new staff and following safety precautions.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a formal surgical technologist program or equivalent.
Surgical Technologist certification.
Hospital experience preferred (1-year minimum).
Detail-oriented with strong concentration skills.
Must live within 30 minutes of the facility for on-call duties.

Compensation Extras:

Evening Shift: Additional $1.50/hr
Night Shift: Additional $2.50/hr
Weekend: Additional $1/hr
On Call: Additional $4/hr
