Hourly Wage: $26.12
Sign-on Bonus: Med-Surg/PCU - $12,500K Quarterly ($7.5K Up front option)

Position Title: Nurse Residency-Med Surg-Chattanooga, TN

Position Overview:
The Nurse Residency Program is designed for new graduate nurses with less than six months of experience. It offers a comprehensive program that includes:

Education and Curriculum
Guided Clinical with Preceptor
Support (Mentoring and Debriefing)
Measurement and Evaluation

Key Features:

Shift: Full-Time Nights (rotating weekends) – NIGHTS ONLY
Location: Chattanooga, TN

Responsibilities:

Participate in the Nurse Residency Program, which is a yearlong program.
Develop skills to use independent and reasonable judgment in providing a wide variety of patient care services as per the scope of nursing practice.

Qualifications:

Eligibility for graduation from an NLN-AC or CCNE Accredited Nursing Program with an Associate or Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing prior to employment.
Current, BLS (Basic Life Support) AHA.
Current, Valid State license as a Registered Nurse.

Special Notes:

Canadian students are accepted.
Visa sponsorship is available for international students who graduated from an accredited nursing program in the US.
All candidates must have an active OPT, a temporary employment authorization for a year.

All new grads must have graduated in the last year and/or have less than 1 yr RN experience.
New grads accepted with RN License.
