Assist in assessing patient needs and planning care during surgeries.
Provide hands-on assistance in the operating room, including instrument use, tissue handling, hemostasis, and suturing.
Mentor and precept others within your area of expertise.

🌟 Qualifications:

Certification as a First Assistant (NBSTSA; CSFA or NSAA; NCCSA certification).
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
High School Diploma/GED.
1 year of OR CST experience required.

💰 Salary Range:
Estimate your hourly earnings based on experience:

2 years: $32.60/hr
5 years: $34.60/hr
10 years: $39.34/hr
17 years (max): $42.77/hr
