Position Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location: Ocala, FL
Salary Range: Based on Years of Experience ( $27.42- $36.95)

<1 year: $27.42/hr
2-3 years: $29.89/hr
4-5 years: $31.12/hr
6-7 years: $32.36/hr
9-10+ years: $33.59/hr
16+ years: $36.95/hr
Shift Differential: Night Shift: $3.25/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,500 for Day Shift RRTs
Relocation: Considered on a case-by-case basis

Position Summary and Duties:
🌟 Perform respiratory therapy procedures across all age groups
🌟 Operate and manage acute care ventilators for short and long-term mechanical ventilation
🌟 Conduct assessments and interventions to maintain patient respiratory health
🌟 Participate in emergency, elective, and scheduled care
🌟 Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
🌟 Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:
✅ 1+ year RRT experience preferred, new graduates welcome
✅ Florida RRT licensure or eligibility
