📋 Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Patient-Centric Care: Deliver unparalleled patient care in alignment with the best practices and protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse medical team, ensuring the most comprehensive care plan for each patient.
  • Knowledge Implementation: Utilize your recent learning by applying theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in nursing practices, actively participating in workshops and seminars.
  • Health Monitoring: Regularly assess, plan, and document patient conditions. Notify necessary medical personnel upon detecting discrepancies.
  • Patient Education: Enlighten patients and families, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for post-hospital care.

🔍 Program Insight:

  1. StaRN Training (5-8 weeks):

    • Immersive instructor-led classroom sessions.
    • Top-tier simulation sessions and comprehensive debriefs.
    • Must-have unit certifications.
    • Essential charting system training.
    • Engaging 40-hour workweeks (Mon-Fri, 8-hour days).
  2. StaRN Clinical Preceptorship (7-8 weeks):

    • On-the-job training at our renowned hospital.
    • Personalized one-on-one preceptor guidance.
    • Structured development meetings for consistent growth.
    • Three 12-hour shifts weekly.
  3. HCA Residency (Continues for the 1st year):

    • Transition to your dedicated role after StaRN completion.
    • Regular mentoring sessions for consistent development.
    • Undertake an evidence-based capstone project.

🔐 Requirements:

  • North Carolina RN license or eligibility.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school within the last year.
  • 2-year full-time hospital commitment post-training.
  • Exceptional communication skills and self-motivation.
  • Absolute commitment to the entire StaRN program duration.

💰 Compensation & Perks:

  • During Training:

    • Base salary: $28-$33/hr.
    • Shift differentials: $4 (2nd shift), $6 (3rd shift), $3.50 (weekends).
  • Post-Training:

    • Incremental pay increase, contingent on prior healthcare experience.
  • Bonuses: Vary by unit. (Note: Committing to the sign-on bonus means a 2-year full-time role post-training).
