Lead & Mentor: Spearhead the Pediatric ICU, mentoring and guiding a dedicated team to optimal patient outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure protocols are maintained, elevating the standards of care and efficiency in the ICU.
Collaboration: Work in tandem with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless patient care and holistic treatment approaches.
Educational Initiatives: Play a pivotal role in training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring the team's skills are constantly updated.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee the ICU's administrative functions, from resource allocation to process improvements.

🎓 Qualifications:

Essential: Associate Degree in Nursing and 1+ year in healthcare.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and leadership experience.
Must be a licensed professional nurse in the state(s) of practice.
National Nursing Certification in Specialty or Nursing Leadership is an added advantage.
