- Salary: Ranges from $33 (with 1 year of experience) to a maximum of $54 (with 20 years of experience).
- Shift Differential: Additional $4.30 for weekend shifts.

Role Responsibilities and Duties: Join our Neuro Trauma ICU team, dedicated to treating a diverse patient group, including those undergoing Diagnostic and Interventional Neurology procedures and trauma care. Our state-of-the-art 24-bed unit boasts a collaborative team of clinical professionals, 24-hour on-site Intensivists, a dedicated team of Trauma Staff Surgeons, and an in-house Nurse Educator. With a 2:1 patient ratio, our ICU RNs benefit from individual workspace alcoves, ensuring continuous patient monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active Texas State RN license or eligible compact license.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Education: BSN strongly preferred. ADN holders must obtain BSN within 2 years of hire.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years ICU experience in an acute care setting, with a focus on Neuro Trauma.
- Additional Requirements: Acute care experience in a hospital setting is mandatory. New graduates will not be considered. Familiarity with a fast-paced ICU environment is essential.

- 24 Bed Unit with a 2:1 patient care ratio.
