💰 Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 per year (Based on experience)

Overview: Join our team as an RN Manager in Medical Surgical, overseeing nursing leadership and patient care in a large hospital setting. No weekend shifts required.

Job Summary: Responsibilities

🌟 Provide nursing leadership for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and safety.
👩‍⚕️ Collaborate with physicians and other departments to coordinate patient needs and ensure quality care.
💼 Manage resources responsibly in a fiscally prudent manner.
📊 Initiate and evaluate patient care using performance improvement processes.

Qualifications:

🏥 Minimum 3 years of manager/charge experience and 2 years of staff nurse experience in acute care units required.
🎓 Associates or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
📜 Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Missouri as a registered nurse.
🏆 Certifications in area of specialty, BCLS, and ACLS required and to be maintained.

Additional Information:

🛏️ Medical Surgical Unit: 49 Beds split into two units; Intermediate Care level with a focus on General, Urology, Vascular post-surgical patients, Tele Monitoring, and behavioral health care.
🚑 Level I Trauma Center with collaborative support from PCTs, LPNs, and Charge Nurses.
🕰️ No weekend shifts required.
