Job Title: Float Pool (Med-Surg) RN
Location: Tallahassee, FL 32310
Pay: Flat Rate $40.00 - $41.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case basis)
Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)
Expected Hours: 36 – 48 per week
Shifts:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)

• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)
  Shift Differentials: $3.00 for Nights | $2.00 for Weekends

Position Overview:
Join a leading 288-bed acute-care hospital in Tallahassee, FL as a Float Pool (Med-Surg) RN. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work across various medical-surgical units within a hospital known for its 24/7 emergency services and specialized care centers including Behavioral Health, Cancer, and Heart & Vascular.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care

• Perform nursing assessments and create individualized care plans

• Collaborate with the care team to promote patient safety and wellness

• Float between med-surg units as needed for patient coverage

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care Med-Surg RN experience

• Active RN license in Florida or compact state eligibility

• BLS certification required upon hire

• ACLS certification preferred (required within 6 months)

• BSN preferred

Preferred Experience & Certifications:

• Nursing: 2 years (Required)

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
