💼 Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Cardio, Cath Lab, & Vascular Services team.
Ensure quality patient care, compliance with standards, and strategic planning.
Foster teamwork with physicians and healthcare providers.
Oversee day-to-day operations, performance improvement, staff competency, and budget.

🌟 Qualifications:

RN with BSN and at least 2 years of Acute Care Director-level experience in Cath Lab.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certifications.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and patient safety skills.
